Dear Father-Mother OSIS Assembly Supervisor,
Dear Father-Mother of the invitation, and participants MPK brothers, first let us praise and gratitude to Allah SWT who has given Rahmat Hidayat and to us all, so that today we can come together to hold these meetings.
Session participants MPK and Gentlemen,
As we all know that the council officials bhakti towards the 2010-2011 term of office ends. We have beruasaha every effort to realize the program which has become our duty with all existing capabilities. Although we realize not infallible and kehilafan. So by the end of the 2010-2011 term of office of stewardship council, we apologize in advance for any words and actions at the heart of our brethren.

On this occasion we convey our gratitude to Mr. Principal, Ladies and gentlemen Bpak as Assembly Supervisor council, as well as all those who have helped us in implementing the work program council, so the council activities run smoothly.

Opening
With the grace of almighty God one
That in fact one of the gifts God Almighty in the form of science that contains the truth - objective truth, a torch that can light do `a life towards perfection and happiness.
That students of SMP Negeri 3 Maja as a candidate management and alignment of national struggle and national perbangunan aware of the obligations and responsibilities of civilization against the homeland, nation, country, and religion are determined to build the framework of dharma bhakti devotion to God Almighty.
Believes that in order to achieve these ends is with the grace and gift of God Almighty and earnest effort. So the students of SMP Negeri 3 Maja gather in Intra-School Students Organisation SMP Negeri 3 Maja-driven based on the household budget as follows:
CHAPTER I
ARTICLE 1
NAME, TIME AND PLACE POSITION
1. This organization is called Intra-School Students Organization (OSIS) SMP Negeri 3 Maja hereinafter called OSIS SMP Negeri 3 Maja
2. This organization was established to indefinitely.
3. Osis SMP Negeri 3 Maja domiciled in SMP Negeri 3 Maja to address Jl. No. Cipicung. 01 district. Maja Kab. Majalengka
ARTICLE 2
PRINCIPLES AND BASIC
Organiasi is based on the principle of kinship and mutual assistance based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution
ARTICLE 3
PURPOSE
1. Preparing cadres successors and alignment of national struggle and national development by providing leadership skills, physical fitness, patriotism and morality, and piety to God Almighty.
2. Includes students of SMP Negeri 3 Maja in the life of the nation as well as the implementation of national development.
3. Fostering students of SMP Negeri 3 Maja with the opportunity to organize for leadership development.
4. Governing council is responsible to the Head of School and Head of MPK preformance of a consultation carried out by MPK.
5. Governing council appoint representatives to sit in the MPO by decree Principal.
ARTICLE 14
1. Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the council was working according to the Articles of Association and Bylaws.
2. In performing its obligations Chairman and Vice Chairman of the council was assisted by his aides.
3. Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the council hold office for one year.
4. Diadalam melaksanakn council caretaker duties guided by the coach as a mentor.
ARTICLE 15
1. Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the council was set to run the rule pelaksnaan instructions accordingly.
2. Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the council in performing its duties and obligations guided by tutors
ARTICLE 16
If the Chairman and Vice-OSIS OSIS died of the world stop / move or can not perform his duties during his tenure he replaced by other board members assigned by the Principal
Article 17
Sebelumme took office the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the council say janaji earnest with the demands of the school principal as the head coach before the plenary assembly MPK as follows.

MEMBERSHIP
1. Members of this organization are students of SMP Negeri 3 Maja

ARTICLE 11
CONGRESS REPRESENTATIVE CLASS
1. Members mukilas adalahmerupakan class representative, so that each class has a representative that sits in mukilas representatives.
2. Mukilas responsible to the principal.
3. Mukilas determine the junior council program 3Maja Negri.
ARTICLE 12
INTRA SCHOOL STUDENT ORGANIZATION SMP Negri 3 MAJA
1. 3 Maja SMP OSIS Negri led by a chairman and assisted by two oerang vice chairman, secretary, treasurer and sexy seksinnya.
2. OSIS WSmp Negri 3 Maja is a container that holds SMPNegri 3Maja extracurricular activities that support intra-curricular activities.

ARTICLE 13
CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN

COUNCIL AFFAIRS ADVISOR OSIS SMP 3 MAJA
1. MPO SMP Negeri 3 Maja is a mentor and coach bodies OSIS SMP Negeri 3 Maja.
2. MPO members SMP Negeri 3 Maja are teachers SMP Negeri 3 Maja appointed by the Principal.
3. MPO SMP Negeri 3 Maja led by Chief SMP Negeri 3 Maja
4. MPO SMP Negri 3 Maja liable for any segiatan done oelh OSIS SMP Negeri 3 Maja.

TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
The things that have not been provided for in the Bylaws OSIS SMP Negeri 3 Maja set forth in other regulations that do not conflict with the Bylaws of OSIS.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Article 1
1. Bylaws is effective from enactment.
2. To change or replace the Bylaws is determined by the Head of SMP Negeri 3 Maja
